Welcome to Neo Solution. By accessing our website and utilizing our services, including the Neo Solution SMS Gateway, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.

  • Gateway Provision: Neo Solution provides software tools, custom development, and direct integration with the Neo Solution SMS Gateway.
  • Regulatory Compliance: All SMS traffic must strictly comply with the rules of the Telecommunications Regulatory Commission of Sri Lanka (TRCSL) and the Electronic Transactions Act No. 19 of 2006.
  • Prohibited Content: Users are forbidden from transmitting spam, fraudulent content, hate speech, or material violating Sri Lankan law.
  • Mandatory Registration: Per network rules (Dialog, Mobitel, Hutch), all alphanumeric Sender IDs must be pre-registered and approved.
  • Documentation: Clients must provide valid business registration and authorization letters as required by operators.
  • Non-Refundability: Once a request for an Alphanumeric Sender ID is processed, the setup fee is 100% non-refundable, regardless of operator approval status or project cancellation.
  • Project Liability: Neo Solution's liability for claims is strictly limited to the total amount of the project estimate.
  • Service Delivery: Neo Solution is not liable for delayed or failed SMS deliveries caused by mobile network operator outages, filtering, or regulatory shifts.
  • Consequential Loss: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
